Teams, Members & Roles
Invite your colleagues and control who can manage devices versus who can only view analytics.
Your BitOculus workspace is a team. Everyone you invite can see the analytics; what they can change depends on their role.

Inviting someone
- Open Members in the sidebar.
- Choose Invite Members, enter their email and pick a role.
- They receive an email invitation; once accepted, they appear in the members list.
You can change a member's role, transfer ownership, or remove members from the same page.
A good default
Give store managers Member access — they get every number with zero risk of accidentally changing device configuration. Keep Owner for whoever is accountable for the devices and the bill. Every device change an owner makes is recorded in the Audit Log regardless.
